What does “unlimited email & SMS flows” mean?
You can request as many automations (welcome series, cart reminders, re-engagement, etc.) as you like. To ensure quality, we build and deliver them one at a time. Each new flow begins once the prior one is approved.
How long does it take to build a flow?
Most flows take 3–5 business days from brief to delivery. Premium clients get weekly turnarounds if multiple flows are queued.
Which platforms do you support?
Is there a contract?
No—our plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel at any time.
How do I pause or cancel?
Just let us know via email or Slack. You’ll retain access to all flows and templates in your account. No termination fees.
Can I add extra broadcasts or flows “out of band”?
Yes—if you need faster turnaround on a second flow before your first is live, or extra one-off broadcasts, we can add them as paid add-ons at standard hourly or fixed-price rates.
What about assets & copy?
We’ll ask for any logos, brand guidelines, images or tone-of-voice notes in our onboarding form. If you don’t have these, our team will create everything for you as part of your plan.
