Service Agreement

All prices are in AUD and GST inclusive. No hidden fees. No confusing legalese.

  • 1. Our Services

    We provide the digital marketing services you select via our checkout – SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email & SMS automation, content, web design/development, and branding. Each service has a clear scope and deliverable list that you see before you buy.

  • 2. How Billing Works

    Subscription Services (e.g. SEO, Ads, Email & SMS): paid monthly, no lock-in.


    One-off Builds (e.g. landing page, website): paid once, upfront.


    Free Trial (where offered): 7 days free, then your card is billed on day 8. Cancel anytime before then to avoid charges.


    You keep full control – cancel, pause, upgrade or downgrade any plan from your dashboard.

  • 3. What You’ll Pay

    You pay exactly what you see: your plan fee plus GST, processed via Stripe (or equivalent). Late payments incur 2.5% interest per month and may pause service until you’re up to date.

  • 4. Your Responsibilities

    Access & Assets: grant us the account permissions and branding files we ask for (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, your logos).


    Timely Feedback: review deliverables within 5 business days. If we don’t hear back, we’ll assume it’s approved.


    Honest Information: ensure everything you provide (text, images, data) is yours to use and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

  • 5. Revisions & Quality

    One-off Builds: up to 2 rounds of revisions, or unlimited tweaks within 7 days of delivery.


    Ongoing Services: we optimise according to your plan (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).

  • 6. Term & Cancellation

    Subscriptions run month-to-month. Give us 5 business days’ notice before your next billing date to cancel or change plans.


    One-off Builds end once we’ve delivered and revisions are complete.

  • 7. Ownership & Licensing

    • You own the final deliverables (landing page code, ad copy, designs) once you’ve paid in full.
    • We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates and processes.
    • You grant us a simple license to use your materials (logos, brand assets) to perform the work.

  • 8. Confidentiality

    We both agree to keep each other’s non-public information strictly confidential, using it only to fulfill this agreement.

  • 9. Liability & Indemnity

    • Our Liability: capped at the total fees you’ve paid in the last 6 months.
    • Your Indemnity: you agree to cover us if a third-party sues over content or data you supplied.

  • 10. Governing Law

    This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
