Refund Agreement

We aim to be fair, transparent, and commercially reasonable in how we work. As our services involve time, expertise, and capacity allocation, the following terms apply.

  • 1. General principle

    All work is delivered by senior Australian marketers and scoped in advance. Once time or resources have been allocated, fees are generally non-refundable, except where outlined below.

  • 2. Subscription services

    • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
    • Cancellations must be requested at least three (3) business days prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal.
    • Services continue until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds apply.

    This structure allows us to allocate senior resources fairly and consistently.

  • 3. One-off builds & project fees

    • One-off project fees are payable in full upon engagement.
    • A 24-hour cooling-off period applies from the time of purchase, provided work has not commenced.
    • Once work has started, fees become non-refundable, as time and resources are immediately committed.

    Revisions and refinements are handled collaboratively and outlined as part of the agreed scope.

  • 4. Exceptional non-delivery credits

    • If we fail to deliver a specifically agreed milestone by a confirmed deadline due to our error:
    • You must notify us within two (2) business days of the missed deadline.
    • Where appropriate, we may issue a service credit (not a cash refund), up to 50% of the affected service fee, at our discretion.

    Credits are applied to future work and reflect our commitment to accountability without penalising resource allocation already incurred.

  • 5. How to request a refund or credit

    All requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@hoorahonline.com.au

    , including:


    • Your business name 
    • The relevant service or project
    • A brief explanation of the issue

    We aim to respond within one (1) business day, with any approved credits applied within five (5) business days.

  • 6. Final note

    By engaging Hoorah Online, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Outside the circumstances outlined above, refunds are not provided.


    Our focus is on clear expectations, senior delivery, and fair commercial treatment — for both parties.
