Refund Agreement

We aim for 100% satisfaction, but to keep our process efficient and fair, please note these strict timeframes:

  • 1. Free Trial (7 Days)

    • Cancel any time before day 8 of your 7-day trial via your dashboard to incur no charges.
    • After day 7, your subscription fee is charged automatically and is non-refundable.
  • 2. Subscription Services

    All subscription fees are non-refundable once billed on your renewal date.


    Cancellation must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date to prevent the upcoming charge.


    Services continue until the end of the paid period; no pro-rata refunds.

  • 3. One-Off Builds & Project Fees

    Fees are payable in full upon order.


    You have a 24-hour window from purchase to cancel and receive a full refund—after that or once work begins, fees are non-refundable.


    Includes up to 2 revision rounds (or unlimited tweaks within 7 days of delivery) to ensure you’re happy with the final deliverable.

  • 4. Exceptional Non-Delivery Credits

    If we miss a guaranteed delivery deadline, you must notify us within 2 business days of the missed date. After reviewing, we may issue a credit (not a cash refund) equal to up to 50% of the affected service fee—at our sole discretion.

  • 5. How to Request a Refund or Credit

    Free Trial: Cancel via your dashboard before day 8—no form needed.


    Subscription Cancellation: Submit cancellation via dashboard or email support@hoorahonline.com.au at least 3 business days before renewal.


    One-Off Build Cancellation: Email support@hoorahonline.com.au within 24 hours of purchase.


    Missed Deadline Credit: Email support@hoorahonline.com.au within 2 business days of the promised date, including Order number and details.


    Expect a response within 1 business day; credits applied within 5 business days of approval.
