How do you create my posts?
Our in-house designers and copywriters craft each graphic and caption based on your brand guidelines, goals, and any assets you provide. We share drafts for your approval before scheduling.
Which platforms do you support?
We manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Each plan includes a set number of channels; additional channels can be added for $25/m each (Basic) or at no extra cost on Pro & Premium.
Can I request revisions or edits?
Yes. You get two rounds of revisions per post during the draft stage. Once approved and scheduled, changes incur a small hourly fee.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time with 5 business days’ notice before your next billing date.
How do I provide feedback?
We use a shared Google Drive folder or our client portal for drafts. You can leave comments directly on each post. We review and finalize all feedback before scheduling goes live.
When will my posts go live?
Once you approve the final drafts—which we’ll send 3–5 days before the start of each month or campaign block—we schedule them according to your content calendar. You’ll have full visibility in our portal.
What about analytics and reporting?
Basic: Monthly summary of post performance (reach, engagement).
Pro: Monthly report plus insights on audience growth and top-performing content.
Premium: Weekly performance dashboard, A/B test results, and competitor benchmarking.
Can you boost or promote my posts with ads?
Yes—we can integrate with your existing Meta or Google Ads accounts to run paid promotions. This is scoped as an add-on service; just let us know which posts you’d like to amplify.
